2001 Toyota Camry Having Egr Flow Trying Smog Had Jiffy Lube Clean Gas

I am having a EGR Flow Problem when trying to smog. I have had jiffy lube clean my gas system out, replaced the EGR Valve changed the oil and filter, and i just bought new gaskets to the EGR valve. Check enginge light keeps popping up same code EGR Flow insuffent.
