Depends on which engine you have. If it's an "interference" engine, unless it says differently in the owner's manual, I'd be getting nervous by 75,000 miles. When the belt breaks on an interference engine, any open valves will be hit and bent by the pistons as they coast to a stop. That gets to be a real expensive repair.
