My 2001 Avalon check engine light is on

My 2001 Avalon check engine light is on. The code is P1150, A/F Sensor Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 1). I have the 2 volume repair manual which says to connect the hand held tester to DLC3 (Data Link Connector 3). Where is DLC3 located?
