Both driver side door handles from the inside won't open. How do I fix? Is it a fuse?

Both driver side door handles stopped opening the doors from the inside. They both stopped working at the same time. They open from the outside! Is this a blown fuse?

That is odd they both stopped. The handle is a mechanical device, not electric. What you need to do is remove the door panel and see if the linkage is disconnected or damaged.
