Both driver side door handles from the inside won't open. How do I fix? Is it a fuse?

Both driver side door handles stopped opening the doors from the inside. They both stopped working at the same time. They open from the outside! Is this a blown fuse?

That is odd they both stopped. The handle is a mechanical device, not electric. What you need to do is remove the door panel and see if the linkage is disconnected or damaged.

First open the rear door make sure the child safety lock is not on.
Now the drivers door could have came unhooked from the latch you will have to remove the door panel and reconnect the latch. Door handles usually have no fuse
