The high beams working indicates the fuses are good. You have a fault with the wiring from bulbs to switch and ground. It could also be a faulty switch.
Do you have any test lights for diagnostics?

No test lights. But i've replaced the switch. Day lights are not working either?

You need to be testing for wiring problems. Without a test light or DVOM, you won't be able to diagnose the problem.
Check for poor ground circuit connections. High beams are not connected to DRL and if the they do not come on when turned on, it is either a fault with the switch or ground circuit.
