The car will turn over but not start. I have a 2001 subaru legacy wagon. Where do I look to see if the starter is not connected properly?

If the engine is cranking over on the key the starter is working, you will have to check for fuel pressure, spark and injection pulse and a scan will give any unresolved fault codes that may be affecting this problem as well, you will need to start here.
