Are the rear breaks for Leon shoes, pads or drums?

Hi there I am asking on behalf of a friend who reckons her breaks need changing and would like to get the bits herself.

What's the question? A professional brake job consists of a lot more than just hanging new parts. Is she aware of what to clean, what to lubricate, and what can happen if greasy fingerprints get on the linings?

I was meaning she was getting the parts for the garage to fit as it was going to cost a fortune on parts. But the garage never told her if the breaks were shoes, drum or a discs/pads.

Providing your own parts for a shop is like bringing your own food to a restaurant. Not really the way things are done. Anyhow, I did a search on rockauto. Com and didn't see any reference to rear disc brakes, so typically there will be disc brakes on the front and drums on the rear.
