Could a overdrive cylinoid be causing my problem?

When I step on the accelerator it feels like the brakes are applying themselves! The codes coming up says that it needs a new overdrive cylinoid. How hard is it to change on a 2001 Saturn wagon?

First of all which model do you have a LW 100 200 300 or Sw1 or 2?Also what is the exact code number you have not code descriptions?
