When I turn on the wipers or if I just pull back on the wiper handle, so it can go over the window once or twice, they wont turn off. I have to park the car, wait for the wipers to be in the down position, the kill the engine. If they arent in the correct position, they wont turn off. When I took the car to autozone and had them run an electrical diagnostic test on it, the computer said there was nothing wrong. I need to know how to fix this problem.

Just to add to this one there is no codes for the wiper motor. The most likely cause for the wiper motors not turning off on those saturns is a bad logic board which is replacing the wiper motor.Almost everytime someone has come in with that problem on those cars it has been a bad wiper motor.Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?
