2001 Saturn Sl1 Trying Get Car Inspected Tried 3 Times Already That On

I am trying to get my car inspected and I have tried 3 times already. The problem is that when it goes on the machine to get inspected the machine reads that there are "5" codes incomplete. There are "0" codes on tho it also reads. I have driven the car 250 miles and the codes will not reset.. I don't know what to do.

Before the car was taken in for a inspection was the battery unhooked went dead replaced or trouble codes were cleared?Also has any trouble codes been found in the computer at any point in the last few weeks?
