2001 Saturn Sl1 Recently Purchased That Had Reverse Slam Put Out

I recently purchased a 2001 SL1 that had reverse slam problem. I put it in reverse and reverse is out and all my transmission fluid is on the ground. is this the result of the input shaft nut backing all the way out? Can it be replaced ...or had more damage been done ?

Where is the fluid leaking from?Also what color is the fluid that leaked out?
