Fan is working but air is not getting hot

The heat in the car is not working. Fan is working (but sometimes not a strong as it used to be) and the air is not getting hot.

Have you moved the temp adjustment and made sure the temp door behind the control moves while moving the temp control?Also have you made sure both heater hoses and radiator hoses are both gettng really hot?
