The heater just doesn't work in my car. I turn it to the heat section and it shoots out cold air instead of hot.

Also it takes a minute to accelerate ( I was told it was the spark plugs)

Also, when I first start the car, if I put it on reverse, I cant let go of the breaks right away, I wait until it kind of jumps as if though it was changing on its own and then I drive it. If I release the break to right away it jumps harder. Its the same for putting it in drive sometimes.

Last thing. If I am at a stop sign or a red light holding on to the breaks, the RPM runs to the 2 instead of idling low. It sounds like im reeving the engine a little bit.

Help Please. :(

We can only address one problem for each question. It gets too confusing otherwise.

For your heater

With the engine at full operating temp, locate the 2 heater hoses where they go into the firewall and feel them to see if they are both hot to the touch. If they are both hot, the heat in that vehicle is controlled by a blend door that regulates heated air flow. It is operated by an electric motor/actuator. The problem can be that the actuator is stripped or inoperative or the door itself could be damaged. This is what needs to be determined by examining the actuator and see if it is responding to heat change commands or not.
