may car wont start with a new battery and the alternator has been checked and its fine

I have a 2001 Saturn SC2 and my car was sporadically starting. It won't start, but then it might start 20 minutes later. They ended up switching out some electronic control board that they had to get from Saturn, and it hasn't had the problem since.
