You need to turn to RUN before the fuel pump primes.

What repairs were carried out?
Any parts was replaced? Any trouble codes?
Are you able to restart?

Just to add to this one kinda sounds like a body control module issue but need more details.Does the keyless entry remotes work if you have them as well as the power door locks?
