hello
high idles in neutral at around 1600 to 2000. already replaced the idle control valve and stilll no change,

also have warm air coming out on first 2 speeds then on speed 3 and 4 it turns cold

any suggestions??????????

Do you have any code's?Sound's like you could have a vacuum leak those cars are known for the intake gasket leaking around the number one intake port.As far as the heater blowing cold on the 3rd and fourth speed setting you could have restricted flow in your heater core.Is both your upper and lower radiator hose getting hot?Also is both your heater hose's going into the firewall getting hot?
