My vehicle is running but wont go into gear

I have a 2001 l300 saturn that starts after replacing the starter, alternator tr switch, battery. Now the car wont go into grear also when I turn the key to start the vehicle interior light and the dashboards light go out

Just to add to this one the L300 only came with a automatic transmission. So the shifter wont release from park when steping on the brake?If so check and see if the parking fuse in the underhood fuse box is blown.
