I HAVE A 2001 SATURN THE REDUCE POWER LIGHT IS ON AND I HAVE LTTLE POWER THE SERVICE LIGHT IS ON I DID CHANGE THE BATTERY BUT NOTHING CHANGED

you need to take it to a auto part's store like auto zone and have them scan it for code's.Tell me the exact code's and we will go from there.If you can't drive it there rent a code reader and get me those code's.
