the belt broke causing it to oerheat, replaced belt,added anti.car startes ok,but when you give it gass the reduced power light comes on

So the belt running the alternator power steering pump etc broke?How bad did it overheat?How high did the temp gauge get?Also i need the code numbers that are set in the computer not the code descriptions that are telling the computer to turn on the reduced performance light.
