2001 Saturn L200 Skill Center Crackt Full Line Top Gass Tank Get Broken

i go to the skill center and i have a crackt full line in the top of the gass tank i dont know how to get to the broken full line what do i do

If the nipple coming off the fuel tank module is cracked and leaking which its pretty common for those cars to do that.You would have to drop the rear part of the exhaust and the fuel tank and replace the fuel pump module.
