2001 Saturn L200 Recently Replaced Head Waterpump Timing Belt There Small

I recently replaced the head, waterpump, and timing belt, there is a small ground strap that goes on top the motor somewhere but i can't remember where, could you give me some help.

Not that important as to wher it is actually located just as long at the engine and frame are earthed, just look for a spot that will accept the starp and not be to tight or fowl throttle cable and all shoud be fine.
