Saab ACC problem

I have a Saab 9-5 V6 2011. The left vent is blowing cold air while set on high temp. I ran the code test and got "0" on the left side of the control panel screen. Need help. Thank you.

DID YOU RECALIBRATE UNIT BY PRESSING AUTO & OFF BUTTONS AT THE SAME TIME, DO THAT & POST BACK IF STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE AFTER DOING THAT THEN U MAY HAVE A BAD VENT DOOR MOTOR OR A CRACKED VENT DOOR SHAFT ON THE D/S OF THE HEATER BOX ,GOOD LUCK
