grinding noise from front right of rover 25

garage has put new wheel bearing on and change front axle but still noise when driving straight and turning left???

Inspect the driveaxles Joints/Boots, also if its install properly

thank you for replying so quickly... but I have,nt a clue about the mechanical workings inside the car! I don,t suppose your able to upload a pic of what/how it should look like?
