2001 Renault Scenic starting, immobiliser, electrics problem

hi i changed the altinator on my 1.4 2001 renault scenic now it wont start . the immobiliser light isnt on on the dash, the central locking no longer works neither does the interior light, windscreen wipers help me please

Is the battery fully charges? When you attempt to start it, does the starter engage?
