Cooling Fan problem

Hi i have a Renault Clio 2001 model privilege 1.4 16V.
The problem is that it overheats due to cooling fan not switching on when it should.

and was wondering what would an car expert advice me to do to get it started.

Test the fan to see if it is bad. Check the cooling fan relay and fuses. Does the fan come on when A/C is turned on?
