I have 2001 Porsche Carrera, blower motor stopped blowing,

Porsche Dealer said it will cost me $1600 to fix it, but they could not tell what's the problem. I have replaced with new Blower motor (myself), still nothing, what is the problem?,

Check to see if you are getting power to the blower motor. Start with checking fuses. Then move to the switch relay, resister... until you find where the power is lost. Not a fun job, but that is what needs done.

Could be coming from the AC and Heating control unit-have this checked 1st
