2001 Pontiac Sunfire thump noise when releasing bake

When I make a complete stop i let off the brake and it make a thump noise in the rear of car. I can even fell my car almost like the car behind me lightly bumped into me. I'm totally clueless can you put me in the right direction?

Make sure the brakes are not sticking and check all bushings in the rear of the vehicle.
