On my 2001 Pontiac Montana the electronic door locks won't work with the switches on the doors. They work with the key fob and with the gear shift.

You my friend I net have corroded wiring under the right front carpet. If you pull up the sill plate at the RF door and look under the carpet you will find a harness. In the harness towards the front of the vehicle you will find a white splice and a blue splice which corrode due to water leak. You will need to repair the wiring and the water leak which is typically the body seam in the wheel well.
