My security light blinks even when car running I go to start the car now it don't even turn over I replaced the ignition cylender n modual wat. Do I do

The immobilizer, which is part of the alarm/theft system, either needs to be reset or replaced. You will have to go to a cealership to get the immobilizer reset. It kills the ignition so the car won't start and can't be stolen.
