My ABS light is always on and it never goes off and my traction control off light wont turn off.

The first thing you need to do is scan the car for codes the diyer scan tools wont scan abs or traction codes. It sounds like you may have a wheel speed sensor that is out. These videos will help us find the problem.

Well I have a right front wheel Bering that is out and it has a censor it. I won't if that is what is causing it

Not knowing what codes you have couldn't tell you if thats the code you have. The bearing has to be replaced anyways I would replace the bearing and go from there.
