2001 Pontiac Bonneville Replaced Lower Intake Gasket Plenum Gasket Along New

I replaced my lower intake gasket and my plenum gasket. Along with a new thermostat, so I was wondering do I need to bleed my coolant lines or can I just refill my levels and I'll be okay?
