fog light bulb I touched live on ground

Whilst changing front fog light bulb I touched live on ground, since then there is no power going to them,checked fuses Peugeot 307 2001 no power going to front fog lights fuses all fine is there a relay if so where? or could it be bsi it fused whilst changing bulb

we haveno info fo r this car, check the underhood fuse/relay panel if it has one that is normally where they are.
