2001 OLDS SILHOUTTE HAVING TROUBLE WITH AC VENTS (FRONT) NOT OPENING OR "SEALING" WHEN PUT ON TO RECYCLE CABIN AIR. WHERE IS THE VACUUM CONTROL UNIT & HOW DO YOU TROUBLESHOOT. HOPING IT IS A VACUUM LINE. THANKS

Sorry, no vacuum here. These are all electric actuators which can fail, this is a common problem with GM
