I am getting a noise that increases with speed

I have a 2001 oldsmobile silhouette premier and every time I accelerate it starts to shake and it makes a sound like a flat tire. My silhouette just started doing this. All my tires are in good shape and my van shifts good and the engine seems fine. It gets louder when my speed increases. it doesn't sound good at all. Please give me some options as to what this might be?

Have you checked your wheel bearings? Does the noise change while changing lanes?
