I have a 2001 Silhouette that has a severe vibration when under torque. Vibration is also relative to how much weight is in the passenger seat. It clunks at low speeds and shudders and shakes at high speeds vibration seems to come from right side or dead center of van. Just replaced lower control arm bushing but this did not solve the issue. No play in tire up down or side to side. Axle is tight with no play. Ball joint is good

Have you checked engine & transmission mounts as yet, get a jack and lift engine and trans next to each mount, just enough to see if there is any excess movement in the mounts, look at this next.

My 2000 olds siloheete had this same problem. Found out it was a cracked fly wheel.

A worn inner cv joint will do the sane thing. Can be hard to check. Spin wheel by hand with front end jacked up look for inner joint play or binding
