drain coolant, loosen fan bolts prior to removing belt, remove tension on belt and remove belt. reomve lower rad hose and heater hoses, removeany bracketry nteh way and remove boltsholding pump in. clean gasket material off of pump/engine block mating surface. glue new gaskets on pump an dreverse process to install
