what is a buzzing sound in the left front wheel that increases and decreases with MPH...(separate from the engine/rpm)

If the sound gets lower as you take a curve to the left and higher as you curve to the right, then it is one of the wheel bearings in the left front wheel. Take it to a wheel alignment shop to confirm.
