Can you tell me where to find the fuse for the windshield washer pump

Take a look at the legend I have attached. I looked at a wiring schematic and the windshield wipers and washers get power from the same fuse.

Is this the fuse box under hood or back seat?

According to my manual, it is the one under the hood.
