Had my rear air shocks replaced one was leaking. Got the shocks from O'Reillys, my husband says it is higher in the rear end now and is stiffer. They looked up the part it is/was to replace both, which we did. Do you think they could be the wrong ones?

no, it could be an adjustment of the air suspension rod.
