I have a trouble code P0301 and P0340

car is showing error codes p0301 and p0340? having difficulty locating the plugs and wires to check them, its the v8 model, cx is running rough, vibrating/sputtering... engine light came on blinking, when i attached my code reader it showed the above codes? what can i do to fix it...thanks

PO301 is a cylinder misfire, cylinder 1. Pull the plug and check it and the wire to it. The PO340 is a camshaft sensor issue. Check the plug first. It is the easiest and cheapest fix. NOTE: Either code could set the other code.
