I changed the waterpump, and got most of the air out. But now there is a gergiling sound inside the car when the engine is at temp.I am a 100% disabled army veteran of desert storm.I have no money at this time, I get paid once a month. Could you please just this one time help?

You probably still have some air in the system. We generally use vacuum to fill the system to avoid that. The best thing to try is to go through a couple complete drive cycles from full operating temp to total cool down and then check the level again when cold.

Yup.I've done that. No luck. And the level in the surge tank has not dropped any.

Did you remove any heater hoses for any reason?

Have you tried making sure the AC is off. It may run in defrost mode.
