I just bought an 01 alero and on the way home I went to downshift from 5th to 4th and the clutch pedal basically fell to the floor with very little effort and stuck there, it shifted perfectly fine up till that point, so here is my question is it the clutch master cylinder? Slave cylinder? Or clutch? The fluid is full on the clutch master! Thank you!

That's something that you are going to have to determine. Look to see if the clutch fork is responding while a helper pushes it. If not, check the fluid level. If the fluid is still full, blame the master. If the fluid is low, find the leaky component and replace it, then bleed the system.
