2001 Nissan Sunny B15 Driven Reaches Operating Temperature Temp Guage Half Way

when the b15 sunny is driven and reaches operating temperature(the temp guage reaches half-way) , and the a/c is turned on, the guage starts going up and the car shuts down with an eng alarm. if the a/c is turned off before the guage goes too high the temperature will drop back down and the guage will normalise. the both fans are working good. if no a/c is used the car works fine.

Chack for a bad ground circuit for the gauges, somewhere behind the headlights. Clean and retighten them.
