Check engine light flashing and running rough after the timing belt was replaced 1 week ago on nissan quest 2001

It was done by a shop. Took it back and they said I need a full tune up among other things. I noticed while sitting in drive at a stop that every so often the engine felt like it had a pull to it. This was after the timing belt and water pump were replaced last week.

When you picked up car was it running rough and light on? Was not that way before? What did they say about light on?

It wasnt running rough but had a pull in the engine(thats the only way I know how to describe it) that wasnt there before the fix. The engine light has never come on before. It started flashing yesterday. They said it needs a complete tune up and some other thing I guess
