radiator fluid leaks in passenger side, How do i find this leakage.And also my dashmeters are not working but the car still operative.

The coolant leak will be a faulty heater core, this is a fairly involved process to remove so you may be better of getting a quote from a mechanic, as for the dash, check for a fuse problem first.
