2001 Nissan pulsar n16 lx 1.6 my friend lost the key and said they could get it going again with out the key I went around two days later to find steering column in peaces and no barrel in it at all so I got secondhand ignition will all locks and keys bolted it all back into car now it will turn over and have all my dash lights are on but just wont start, fuel pump is working but because I did not pull old one out not 100% sure if all the wires and plugs are on write way I need to get car out of the place it is at can I bypassed something to get it started to move car

There is no Pulsar in 01 for the US so I don't have any info on it but I'm betting the security system is locking you out because it doesn't recognize the key.

Yes, it's pretty simple. You can't change keys.

So what can i do now the ignition barrel has been smashed and i do not have the key

You will have to take it to the dealer so they can program new keys to a new ignition lock.
