2001 nissan maxima ratiador instalation: where/what should i start with?

i would like to thank you guys for the time you took last i used cause your answer led me to go in a direction on having to fix my honda accord. now im working with nissan. I need some pointers on begining with the operation of removing and installing your typical radiator. for the 2001 nissan maxima.

Disconnect the battery, drain the radiator for drain at bottom of radiator, remove upper rad hose, remove fan shroud and fans (disconnect them first), unbolt radiator and any accessories attached to the front of it, disconnect lower rad hose, and it should come out.
