The first thing i would check is if both heater hoses going to the heater core are getting really hot when the engine is fully warmed up.

Sorry where's the heater core and heater hose located

Base of the windshield follow that down towards the middle you will find two hoses going to the heater core.

If they are cold and not hot what then

If cold there is no circulation, either a faulty heater tap or a blocked heater core.

If one is hot blocked restricted heater core if both is hot blend door issue or blend door control issue.
