Blower motor is not working?

I have the car listed above (GLE model) and the blower motor isn't working. I've replaced the resistor and motor it worked for about a month then stopped. What could be the issue?

Good morning,

I attached a diagram of the blower for you to view. You need to verify power to the motor for me when the key is in the on position. From there it goes to the resistor as in the diagram.

This could be the wiring, fuse failure, or a bad component.
